4. Payment Terms

All custom graphics, presentations, demonstratives, or other materials created by Verdict Vantage remain the client's property upon full payment. However, Verdict Vantage retains the right to use de-identified work examples for portfolio or educational purposes unless explicitly prohibited by written agreement.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Verdict Vantage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our services or website. We are not responsible for delays, technical issues, or outcomes beyond our control, including trial results.

 

8. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to provide expert support, Verdict Vantage does not guarantee trial outcomes or legal results. A case's success depends on numerous factors beyond our control.

 

9. Website Use

You agree to use www.theverdictvantage.com for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized use, scraping, or interference with website functionality is strictly prohibited.

 
10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our website may use or integrate third-party services such as:
